From boardrooms to runways, the New-York-based brand’s collection stuns.

For the Fall/Winter 2025 collection, Jane Wade took the corporate world as her muse. Titled “The Merger,” the looks ranged from overworked interns to powerful moguls, all with a futuristic twist—think headsets and tangled headphones taped to skin or woven into hair, adding an extra layer of tech to the office narrative.

Wade’s take on office attire channels the boldness of 80s power dressing, with statement shoulder pads and wide-leg trousers, while unexpected cutouts and asymmetric tailoring gave the silhouettes a forward-thinking vibe. The color palette stayed grounded in neutral tones, with pops of blue here and there for an added spark. The show wrapped up with actress and model Lisa Rinna, who closed the runway in an oversized plaid power suit, confidently “acquiring” the company in true boss fashion.
