Taking the time to connect with them, engage in real conversations, and hear their thoughts—it’s not just a responsibility, it’s something I genuinely enjoy. At the end of the day, none of this would exist without them, so they’ll always come first for me.
What advice would you give to someone who’s just starting out in the industry?
