Milan Fashion Week Men’s began with some uncertainty from the audience.

The reduced lineup sparked murmurs about the event’s success. But they couldn’t have been more wrong. The remaining brands lit up the Italian season with extravagant, authentic, and anything-but-obvious visuals. Quiet luxury? Not here!

Dolce & Gabbana: Pure Cinema

With 69 looks, a setting composed of dozens of “model-paparazzi” inspired by La Dolce Vita by Federico Fellini, and a Hollywood-style burgundy carpet backdrop, Dolce & Gabbana kicked off the day’s shows in grand fashion.

Inspired by the cinematic universe and the celebrities who embody its glamour, the collection featured a variety of visuals—from off-duty looks to elevated tailoring for award season—each telling a story.

The contemporary dandy aesthetic unfolded through the mix of jeans with tailoring, along with rich textures like velvet and faux fur. Additionally, reinterpretations of tuxedos, adorned with brooches, proved that the modern man doesn’t have to sacrifice authenticity to be elegant.

JORDANLUCA’s Historic Punk Wedding

A finale worthy of a fairy tale: founders Jordan Bowen and Luca Marchetto surprised everyone by exchanging vows on the runway, marking the first wedding ever celebrated during fashion week. With conservatism on the rise, the event felt even more relevant and special.

Speaking of conservatism, it had no place in the collection, which was inspired by love. Contemporary pieces infused with a rocker vibe and a well-defined color palette transformed the runway into a cool kids’ club.

Yet, this modern vision never lost touch with heritage. Textiles from iconic English and Scottish mills stood out, seamlessly connecting past and future—both sentimentally and creatively.

Emporio Armani and the Art of Seduction

For Giorgio Armani, seduction can be reinvented and reinterpreted with great style. The Winter 2025 Emporio Armani show presented a sophisticated yet daring take on the art of seduction, balancing traditional and contemporary elements.

Velvet, faux furs, metallic threads, and animal prints took center stage, while a refined color palette—featuring woody tones—elegantly contrasted with classic navy blue, gray, and black.

Highlights included three-piece velvet suits in unique shades and statement synthetic fur pieces. An international soundtrack and a sophisticated, nightclub-inspired setting completed the atmosphere, reinforcing Armani’s unparalleled ability to blend tradition and modernity seamlessly.
