Blending ancient myth and modern femininity.

In its second appearance at São Paulo Fashion Week, Sau Swim unveiled a captivating collection inspired by the mythology of Aurora, the goddess of dawn, and Marcela Ceribelli’s Aurora: O Despertar da Mulher Exausta. The collection seamlessly combined these influences, telling a story of female resilience and transformation.

Founders Marina Bitu and Yasmin Nobre expanded Sau Swim’s scope beyond traditional beachwear, introducing a range of resortwear and surfwear. The designs featured intricate red thread details, representing entanglement and liberation, while ombré cover-ups and braided swimsuits added depth to the collection.

The show transitioned from bold, geometric laser-cut looks in white to softer pink tones, culminating in flowing silk cover-ups embellished with natural flowers, symbolizing renewal. Divided into five distinct sections, the collection explored themes of femininity, empowerment, and the beauty of rebirth.

With this show, Sau Swim reaffirmed its place in fashion, offering more than just swimwear—delivering a narrative of strength and self-discovery.
